Catherine has dedicated her career to date to a range of roles working across organisational design, business transformation and strategic change. She has worked across a range of community groups and initiatives focused on making true sustainable change happen.
Her introduction to work of The Hunger Project came as part of her selection to participate in the Business Chicks Leadership and Immersion Program in India in early 2014. To describe India as life changing simply wouldn’t do it justice.
While the full impact of the experience is still playing itself out for Catherine, she jumped at the opportunity to be a part of establishing the Alumni Development Board. Working as part of this group is a completely unique opportunity; the ‘Trippers’ are a passionate, diverse and driven group of women from all over Australia who are connected by their first hand experience of the work of The Hunger Project. They too are committed to making change happen in their lives and in the lives of others. It’s hard not to be inspired by that.
Now, she has moved on from the Alumni Development Board, to join the VIC Development Board.
